How to report any maintenance

The best way to report maintenance is via email to Please include as much information as you can and if possible send pictures/videos to accompany the email. That way we have all the details to put to the landlord and can act upon your request as soon as possible. Out of hours emails do go to the Directors mobile phones so your email will always be seen.

Notice period

Your notice period will be one calendar month. As an example this will mean that if your tenancy runs from the 10th-9th of the month and you give notice on the 20th of January, you will make one last rent payment on the 10th February and your last paid day will be the 9th March.
