We ask that you treat the property like it was your own and it is important that you understand your responsibilities that you have as a tenant. We please ask that you:

- Report any maintenance issues as soon as possible and enable access to get things fixed
- Ensure that the property is well ventilated to reduce the chance of condensation mould
- Make us aware of any changes you intend to make such as decorating or getting pets as this will often need landlord approval
- Be considerate to your neighbours
- Give us the correct notice when you come to leave and allow us reasonable access to conduct viewings should the landlord want to let it again
